2. Valid for the personal consumption of a COVID-19 vaccination cardholder with proof of identification. Cannot be used with other discounts.
3. Valid for either 1st or 2nd dose marked in the vaccination card.

5. Valid at all Shakey’s Stores nationwide.
6. This promo is not valid in conjunction with any other promos or discount.
7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount or discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
